I had an enriching week with kindred spirits. Artists came from as far as Jeffrey's Bay, PE, & all over South Africa to participate & share in this wonderful week of togetherness.

I shall teach you about tonal values, how to see them & how to do notans. You will learn how to bring your painting to the next level.

This year I am taking a small group of people to Weaver's Nest in picturesque Wakkerstroom. We are going to paint from life, & sketch & paint plein air. We are also going as a group to sketch or paint in the beautiful town.
This art holiday is suitable for beginners, intermediate and advanced artists.
You spend time with other like-minded people. It is fun & therapeutic. All your meals are made for you, you need only paint (or sketch) for a whole week...
Cost : R5750 includes food, accommodation, tuition, coffee station & venue.

Art Holiday 30 October - 4 November 2022 at Wetlands Game Lodge
After the huge success of the art holiday at the luxurious Wetlands Game Lodge last year, the 27 participants asked to have it again. The pristine landscape is inspiring. The conference venue where we paint, is huge & comfortable, great food & fun evenings were food for the soul.

Art Retreat
A real opportunity for artists to network, mingle & learn from each other is an art retreat.

Art Holiday 2016
One of the most rewarding things you could do for yourself as an artist is to treat yourself to a break by going on an Art Holiday in the picturesque mountains near Clarens. Two inspiring teachers will be on hand to gently guide and assist you to find your own "voice", namely Koos Bronkhorst and Ina Millman. Between them they have a wealth of knowledge and experience to share and are extremely generous with their help, to both novices and experienced artists.
Spending time with kindred spirits from all over South Africa is a joyous experience and the bonus is that you paint for a whole week. On top of this you relax in the evenings and unwind with music. So, if your passion is for art and music, this is for you.
This unique art holiday takes place at Sunnyside Guest Farm, a working farm with plenty of animals, a river, mountains and breathtaking scenery in every direction. The food is wholesome and plentiful.
